Overview
The READIT® SNP Genotyping System is a nonradioactive, gel-free method for identifying specific DNA sequences and genotyping DNA samples at known alleles. This molecular technology is capable of analyzing a variety of sequence variations, including single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), insertions, deletions, and chromosomal translocations. The READIT® System is also capable of multiplexed PCR and RT-PCR product detection in a high-throughput, arrayed-plate format.
