Overview
This protocol describes how to prepare double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) for RNA interference in Drosophila by simultaneous synthesis of both RNA strands from a PCR fragment which contains a T7 promoter on each end. dsRNA molecules with a length of 500-800 bp seem to be most active. By Richard W. Carthew.
