Overview
This protocol describes a method for in ovo transfection of avian embryos with double-stranded RNA (dsRNA). The dsRNA is injected into the spinal cord of the embryo. Subsequent electroporation facilitates the cellular uptake of the dsRNA molecules. By Esther T. Stoeckli.
