Overview
Most sources of antigens can be mixed with a gel electrophoresis sample buffer and analyzed directly using immunoblots. In the approach described here, proteins are mixed with a sample buffer and prepared for electrophoresis on standard Tris/glycine SDS-polyacrylamide gels.
