Title Optimized Protocols For Fluorescent In Situ Hybridization In Drosophila
Source Krause et al, University of Toronto

Overview

In this chapter, we describe modifications to our previously published FISH protocol for Drosophila embryos that greatly increase the sensitivity, consistency, economy and throughput of the procedure. We also describe variations of the protocol that allow the simultaneous detection of multiple RNAs, combinations of RNAs and proteins and application of these procedures to dissected tissues.
